minus-square@LordPassionFruit@lemm.eelinkfedilink11•5 months agoNot universally but yeah. Ceiling lights can be really bad for overstimulation, so a lot of ND people will prefer to never turn an overhead light on in favour of using lamps/natural light.

Not universally but yeah. Ceiling lights can be really bad for overstimulation, so a lot of ND people will prefer to never turn an overhead light on in favour of using lamps/natural light.
