So they did get you at 3.99 -> 3!
Maybe because your brain wanted 5+3+2=10 instead of 5+4+2=11 ?
20+22+5+3=50 vs 20+22+5+4=51, since I was going left to right, but it works.
How is that “weird”? That’s just good numeracy.
